About

Lisa-Maria Gerhardt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Business Administration for Engineers and Natural Scientists from Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. During her master's studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Organization, Leadership and Human Resource Management (Prof. Dr. Peter Walgenbach). Since 2019 she is a PhD student at the same chair. From October 2024, she will be working on the DFG project "Universities in multiple competition: Changes in job advertisements for professorships, 1990 to 2020" under the direction of Peter Walgenbach.
